Definitions.—In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Kerala State Commission for the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes constituted under section 3; *Received the assent of the Governor on the 5th day of October,2007 and published in the Kerala Extraordinary Gazette No. 1820 dated 6th October,2007.
