Accounts and Audit.—(1) The Commission shall maintain proper accounts and other relevant records and prepare an annual statement of accounts in such form as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Commission shall be audited annually by such auditor, as the Government may appoint in this behalf. (3) All the accounts and other records should be made available to the auditor for the purpose of the Audit. 7
