Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, all assets, rights and liabilities of the Cochin Co-operative Land Mortgage Bank Limited, subsisting at the commencement of this Act shall continue to be the assets, rights and liabilities of that bank and the provisions of the Cochin Co-operative Land Mortgage Banks Act XXV of 1111, shall apply with respect to such assets, rights and liabilities.
