The provisions of sections 102 and 103 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 (Central Act 4 of 1882), and of any rules made by the high Court under section 104 of that Act, for carrying out the purposes of the said sections, shall apply, so far as may be, in respect of all notices to be served under this Act.
