It shall be competent to the Agricultural Development Bank or a primary bank to purchase any property sold under this chapter, but the property so purchased shall be disposed of by such bank by sale within such period as may be fixed by the Trustee. Substituted by Act 19 of 1990 for "Agricultural Development Bank".
