A Gehan created or mortgage or hypothecation executed or deemed to have been created or executed in favour of, and all other assets transferred or deemed to have been transferred to, a primary bank, shall, with effect from such creation, execution or transfer or with effect from the date of such deeming, as the case may be, be deemed to have been transferred by such primary bank to the Agricultural Development Bank.
