(1) This Act may be called the Kerala State Co-operative [Agricultural and Rural Development Bank] Act, 1984. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala (3) It shall come into force at once. Substituted by Act 19 of 1990 for the word "Agricultural Development Banks".
