Officers of bunk not to lnd at sales -At any sale of movable or Immovable property held .. under the proviSions of this Act for the recovery of any muncy due to the Agricultural Develop- ment Bank or any pnmary bank, no Director, Managing Director, Secretary or other Officer of the Agncultural Development Bank or such pnmary bank, .as the case may be (except on behalf of the bank of which he IS a Director, Managmg Director, Secretary or other Officer), and no sale offics.t· or olher person havmg any duty to perform m connection with such sale, shall, either (hrectly or indirectly, bid for or acquire or attempt to acquire any mterest m such property.
