Any person aggrieved by an order of any officer appointed or authorised under sub-section (1) of section 12 may appeal to the Revenue Divisional Officer having jurisdiction over the area in which the holding is situate, within sixty days from the date of the order. Explanation.- For the purpose of computing the said period of sixty days, the date of communication of a copy of the order to the appellant shall be deemed to be the date of the order. (2) A copy of every order against which an appeal lies under sub-section (1) shall be communicated in such manner as may be prescribed.
