Nomination of first authorities —Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act all the first authorities of the University shall be nominated by the Government as soon as, may be after the date of commencement of this Act and may be continued for a period of six months from the date of such nomination or till the constitution of the said authorities in accordance with the provisions of this Act, whichever is earlier.
