Orders.—Any authority or bodies shall have the power to make orders not inconsistent with this Act and rules, Statutes, Ordinances or Regulations made thereunder for the working and guidance of all the bodies constituted under the provisions of this Act and rules, Statutes and Regulations made thereunder and for regulating the procedure and conduct of business of the meetings of any authority of the University.
