Meetings of the Board of School of Studies.—(1) Each Board of School of Studies, shall convene meeting at least twice in an academic year. The Head of School of Studies shall convene the meetings of the Board of School of Studies. The Head of School of Studies or the person holding the charge of the Head shall preside over the meetings of the Board of School of Studies: Provided that, the Vice-Chancellor may direct the Head of School of Studies to convene a meeting of the Board of School of Studies at such place, date and time as he deems necessary and such meetings shall be presided over by the Vice-Chancellor. (2) The quorum for the meeting of the Board of School of Studies, shall be one-third of its total number of members. The procedures of the meeting of the Board of School of Studies shall be as may be prescribed by Statutes.
