Meetings of the Cyber Council—(1) A meeting of the Cyber Council shall be convened once in six months. The Cyber Controller shall convene the meetings of the Cyber Council. The Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the meetings of the Cyber Council: Provided that, the Vice-Chancellor may direct the Cyber Controller to convene a meeting of the Cyber Council at such place, date and time as he deems necessary. (2) The quorum for the meeting of the Cyber Council shall be one-third of its total number of members. (3) The procedures for meeting of the Cyber Council shall be as may be prescribed by Statutes.
