Meetings of the Finance Council —(1) The Vice-Chancellor shall preside over the meetings of the Finance Council. The Vice-Chancellor shall direct the Finance Officer to convene the meeting of the Finance Council at such place, date and time as he deems necessary. The quorum for the meeting shall be five. (2) The Syndicate shall consider all financial matters only after consideration by the Finance Council. (3) The procedures of the meeting of the Finance Council shall be as may be prescribed by Statutes.
