Term of office of members of the Academic Council.—The term of office of the nominated members of the Academic Council shall be two consecutive academic years and the same shall terminate at the end of the second academic year. The term of office of other members of the Academic Council shall be co-terminus with the office they hold in the University or such authority of the University. The nominated members of the Academic Council shall be eligible for renomination. The Registrar shall take step for the reconstitution of the Academic Council, three months prior to the expiration of the academic year.
