(1) There shall be an Appellate Tribunal for the purpose of this Act. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any other law for the time being in force, the Appellate Tribunal constituted under section 65 of the Kerala University Act, 1974 (17 of 1974) shall function as the Appellate Tribunal for adjudicating dispute on any of the matter provided in this Act.]] Inserted by the University Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Act 12 of 2012) (w.e.f 23/07/2012).
