The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-- (i) the Syndicate; [(ia) Inter University Consultative Committee.] (ii) the Academic Council; (iii) the Faculties; (iv) the Boards of Studies; (v) the Finance Committee; and (vi) such other bodies as may be specified by the Statutes to be authorities of the University. The title "Authorities of The University" is substituted by the University Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012 (Act 12 of 2012) (w.e.f 23/07/2012). Inserted by the University Laws Amendment Act, 2021 (w.e.f. 01/03/2021).
