Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Sree Pandaravaka Lands (Vesting and Enfranchise- ment) Amendment Act, 1975 (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of August, 1973 2 Amendment of section 13 -In section 13 of the Sree ~ Pandaravaka Lands (Vestmg and Enfranchisement) Act, 1971 _... (20 of 1971) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in the proviso to sub-section (1), for the words "two years", the words "four years" shall be stubstituted -- ----- •Received the assent of the Pres1dent on the 3rd day of Apr1J, 1975 and pubhshed m the Gazette Extraordmary No. 177 dated 4th Apnl, 1975 94 3 Repeal and saving.-(1) The Sree Pandaravaka Lands (Vesting and Enfrachisement) Amendment Ordmance, 197~ (1 of 1975), 1s hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anythmg done or any action taken under the princ1pal Act as amended by the saw Ordmance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal .A-ct as amended by this Act.
