(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order published in the Gazette, make provisions not inconsistent with this Act and which appears to it, to be necessary for removing such difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made under this Act after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be, after it is made be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
