(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Societies Registration Act, 2025. (2) It shall come into force on such date* as the Government may by notification in the Gazette, appoint. Come in to force on 01/01/2026 S. R. O. No. 1435/2025 published in K. G. Ext. No. 4388 dt. 30/12/2025.
