Appeal from certain orders of Court of Small Causes.- Where an order specified m clause (ff) or clause (h) of sub- section (1) of section 104 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908), is made by a Court of Small Causes, an appeal therefrom shall he to the District Court on any ground on which an appeal from such order would he under that section.
