Duties of mtntstenal officers.- (1) The mmistertal officers of a Court of Small Causes shall, m addition to any duties mentwned m this Act, or 1n any other enactment for the time bemg m force, as duties which are or may be 1mposed on any of them, dtscharge such duties of a mmister1al nature as the Judge directs. (2) The Htgh Court may make rules conststent w1th this Act, and with any other enactment for the time bemg in force, conferrmg and imposmg on the mtntstenal officers of a Court of Small Causes such powers and duties as it thmk.:. fit, and regulatmg the mode m whtch powe:rs and duties so conferred- and imposed are to be exercised and performed.
