Power to t8move offenswe or dtmgerous l1atlesjrom slum areas.-The com- petent authority may, by order m wnting, direct any person carrying on any dangerous or offensive trade in a ~lum area to remove the trade from that area with;n such time as may be specified in the order: Provided that no order under this section shall be made unless the (j) person carrymg on the trade has been given a reasonable opportunity of show1ng cause why the order should not be made.
