Appeal.—Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Tribunal may, within thirty days from the date of such decision, prefer an appeal to the High Court and such appeal shall be heard and disposed of by a Bench consisting of not less than two Judges of the High Court. CHAPTER III MISCELLANEOUS
