(1) The State Level Dwelling Place Protection Committee shall, for every financial year, prepare an annual report showing the details of its activities for the previous financial year ended on the 31st March in such form and time, as prescribed and shall submit the same to the Government on or before such date. (2) Immediately on receipt of each report under sub-section (1), the Government shall place the same before the Legislative Assembly within the time as prescribed.
