(1) No person shall carry on quarrying in, or remove earth or soil from, the protected area, except in or from the area within the full capacity contour or the project area. (2) The Project Authority shall take all necessary soil conservation measures in the quarries and burrow pits and work and buildings sites inside the protected area.
