(1) No person shall enter into the protected area without an identity card or pass issued by the Project Authority or any forest officer or other officer authorised In that behalf by the Committee. (2) Issue of Identity cards and passes under sub-section (1) shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed.
