Enhanced punishment for cecond or subsequent offence.—Whoever,• • haying been convicted by a Court, of an offence Punishable under this Act, again commits the same offence, shal be punishable, for every such subsequent offence, with imprisonment for a ten i which may extent to one year, but, which shall not be less than two months or with fine which may extent to three thousand rupees or with both: Provided that the Court may, or any adequate and special reason to be recorded in the Judgment, impose smtence of imprisonment for a term of less than two months.
