(1) As soon as may be after the order of the Settlement Officer under Section 7 has become final, the Settlement Officer shall issue pattas or other documents evidencing full proprietary rights of the land holders in their holdings. (2) The pattas or other documents issued under sub-section (1) shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed.
