Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, or in any contract, or in any judgment, decree or order of any Court, with effect on and from the appointed day,- (1) all right, title and interest of the landowners in Service Inam lands held by land holders shall vest in the Government free from all encumbrances; (2) any service or obligation attached to Service Inam Lands shall stand abolished and the land-holders shall have no liability or obligation to render any service attached to such lands.
