No correction shall be made in the order of the Settlement Officer after it has become final, provided that the Settlement Officer may, either of his own motion or on application filed by a person interested, correct any clerical or arithmetical mistake or any error arising therein from any accidental slip or omission: Provided that no such correction shall be made without giving an opportunity of being heard to the party who may be affected thereby.
