Bar of jurisdiction of Civil Court.—No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle, deal with or decide such matters regarding complaint that may arise on matters referred in section 7 of this Act, until disposed by the Syndicate of the University in which the self financing college is affiliated to.
