Powers ant/functions of the Board.-The Board shall have the following poW~I"S and functions, namely:- (a) to formulate the criteria on the basi~ ofwh1ch transpoz t facility projects a1e to be financed out of the Fund; · ' (b) to take such measures as may be necc~sary to Iail.e Fundl> for tramport facility projects; (c) to raise fund~ by borruwing money ncces~ary for the due diScharge ol Its functions; a~d · (d) to perform such other ftmction~ a~ may be pres(.nlwd. ---- -- -- ---- -- ------ 142
