(1) The Kerala State Right to Service Act, 2012 (18 of 2012) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken or any proceedings initiated under the said Act shall be deemed to have done or taken or initiated under this Act: Provided that any notification, order or rule issued or made under the repealed Act, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act shall continue in force and deemed to have been made or issued under the provisions of this Act unless and until it is superseded by any notification, rule or order issued or made under this Act.
