(1) Where any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order without prejudice to the provisions of the Act, remove such difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be issued after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order issued under sub-section (1) shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
