(1) Every public authority shall, after the end of each calendar year, prepare a consolidated report regarding the details of the delivery of public services rendered under this Act by the department concerned for that year. (2) Each department shall, with respect to the public authority under their jurisdiction, collect and provide such information to the authority as is required to prepare the reports under this section and comply with the requirements concerning the furnishing of that information and the keeping of records for the purposes of this section. (3) The Commission shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each year, prepare a report on the implementation of the provisions of the Act during the said calendar year and shall send a copy thereof to the Government. (4) The Government shall, as soon as practicable, a copy of the report received under sub-section (3) to be laid before the State Legislature.
