(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Revocation of Arbitration Clauses and Reopening of Awards Act, 1998. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala., (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th day of November, 1997. (4) It shall apply to all agreements executed in terms of the local competitive bidding specification.
