Issue of duplicate Revenue Card.—When a Revenue Card is irrecoverably lost, destroyed, damaged, mutilated or rendered useless, the Tahsildar may, on application, issue a duplicate Revenue Card to the applicant after making necessary enquiries as he may deem fit.
