Penalty for failure to furnish information.—Any person who wilfully defaults in producing any document required under section 4 or section 12 within the time specified in the notice or requisition under those sections or within such further time, if any, allowed by the Tahsildar under those sections will be punishable with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
