Power to obtain informalwm—The Government may, with a view to carrying out the purpmes of section 3 or section 6 or section 7 or section 8 or section 12, by order, require any person to furnish to such oiliccr, us may be specified in the order, such information in his possession as may he speci- fied relating to any property winch is requisitioned or acquired, or intended to be reqmsitroned or acquired, under this Act.
