Record of rzg/zts to be admmzble 1n evidence—(1) The record of rights prepared under this Act shall be admiSSible in evidence befoxe any court or tribunal. (2) Every entry in the record of rights as finally published under sub-section (2) of section 4 shall, until the contrary is proved, be presumed to be correct.
