Record of rights to be admissible in evidence

Record of rights to be admissible in evidence.—(1) The record of rights prepared under this Act shall be admissible in evidence before any court or tribunal. 5 (2) Every entry in the record of rights as finally published under sub-section (2) of section 4 shall, until the contrary is proved, be presumed to be correct.
