(1) The Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Ordinance, 2015 (10 of 2015) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Kerala Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Ordinance, 2015 (10 of 2015) anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. (3) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, no person alleged to have committed an offence, during the period from the 21st day of July, 2015 to the 21st day of August, 2015 is liable to be convicted under this Act.
