Section 65

Power to make regulations.--

(1) The Authority may, by notification, make regulations, with the approval of the Government, consistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:-- (a) the form and manner of making application and fee payable therewith under sub-section (2) of Section 3; (b) the fee for extension of registration under Section 5; (c) such other information and documents required under Clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 11; (d) the manner of display of site and layout plans as required under Clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 11; (e) preparation and maintenance of other details under sub-section (6) of Section 11; (f) time, places and the procedure in regard to transaction of business at the meetings of the Authority, under sub-section (1) of Section 29; (g) standard fees to be levied by the promoter on the allottees or the association of allottees under Clause (e) of sub-section (2) of Section 31; (h) any other matter which is required to be, or may be, specified by regulation or in respect of which provision is to be made by the regulations.
