Restriction on possesszon of raw casheUJnuts.-No person other than the agent or a sub-agent shall have in his possess•on, at any time, raw cashew· 0 nuts i' excess of the quantity of fifty kilogrdms: Provided that notl ing conta;ned in this sec~ ion shall apply to raw () cashewnuts sold to any cashe\\ factory under section 11 and kept 1n that factory. 5 Price to h_e paid by agenJ and sub-agents.- (1) When raw cashewnuts are tendered to the agt'nt or a sub·agcnt by or on behalf of a cultivator, the agent or such sub-agent shall pay the price thereof at the rate notified for the locality under sub-section (2).
