Directions by Government.- (1) The Government may give to the Managing Committee such directions, as it deems fit, to be followed by the Managing Committee. (2) In the exercise of its powers and performance of its duties under this act, the Managing Committee shall not depart from any direction issued under sub- section (1), except with the previous permission of the Government.
