Acts of Managing Committee not to be invalidated by vacancy, defects etc.- No act done or proceedings taken by the Managing Committee under this Act or the Scheme shall be invalidated merely by reason of,- (a) any vacancy in, or defect in the constitution of, the Managing Committee; or (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of a person as a member of the Managing Committee; or (c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
