Term of office of the members of the Managing Committee.- (1) The members of the Managing Committee nominated under clause(g) of sub-section (1) of section 9 (hereinafter referred to as non-official members) shall hold office during the pleasure of the Government which shall not exceed three years at a time. (2) A non-official member of the Managing Committee may resign his membership by giving notice in writing to the Government, but shall continue to hold office until his resignation is accepted by the Government.
