Saving.—Notwithstanding such repeal, such repeal shall not affect the validity, invalidity, effect or consequence of anything done or suffered, or any right, title, obligation or liability already acquired, accrued or incurred under the repealed Act, from the date of commencement of the Kerala Public Service Commission (Additional Functions as respects the services under the Waqf Board) Act, 2021 (Act 15 of 2021) to the date of commencement of the repealed Act. 4 This is a digitally signed Gazette.
