Definitions.—In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) “Electricity Board” means the Kerala State Electricity Board constituted under section 5 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948; (b) “Public Service Commission” means the Kerala Public Service Commission.
